How can I pay for my order?

Once you have finished the shopping cart process and proceed to Checkout, you will be given the choice of paying by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. If paying by credit card you will then be taken through a step by step to make your credit card payment. If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will automatically be taken directly to the Paypal website and asked to login to complete the transaction.

Is my credit card payment secure?

This website has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) web server certificate encrypting all data sent to and from this website. This SSL technology is the standard for secure data transmission over the internet and when you reach the final payment stage your connection will change to the secure http channel.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). You can check the status of your order by logging into the website and entering your order number or email address.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders will be dispatched by Australia Post’s Express Post service. As we are located outside the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Network, delivery time will be between 2-3 working days to most places. You will be advised by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do you ship COD?

Sorry, we do not ship COD.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or a refund. The item must be returned within 14 days, in new, unwashed condition with any tags still attached.

Please note postage costs are non-refundable and return postage will be at the buyer's expense. In the case of an item being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of charge.

If an item is faulty or incorrect a full refund will be given including all postage costs.
