If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or a refund. The item must be returned within 14 days, in new, unwashed condition with any tags still attached. 

 

Please note postage costs are non-refundable and return postage will be at the buyer's expense. In the case of an item being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of charge.

 

If an item is faulty or incorrect a full refund will be given including all postage costs.

 

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays)

 

All orders will have a flat-rate shipping charge of $7.50 regardless of how many items you purchase.

 

Orders will be dispatched by Australia Post’s Express Post service. As we are located outside the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Network, delivery time will be between 2-3 working days to most places.
